Think I'm about to say goodbye...

I started bleeding about an hour ago. It wasn't much, very light, bright red. No cramps or anything with it, either. I tried to keep from freaking out, telling myself that spotting is normal, yada, yada, yada. It's now gotten a bit heavier/darker. I've called and left a message for my midwife, so now I'm waiting on her to call me back and go forward from there. I don't feel good about this at all...this is exactly what happened when I m/c last time. DH is still at work and I haven't told anyone else about it, so there's no one to talk to, and I'm absolutely terrified that this isn't going to end well! I'm trying to stay positive, though...I still have several pregnancy symptoms, that's a good sign, right??

In my experience (which I know other people have likely had different), having other PG symptoms is a good sign. By the time I started bleeding with my natural m/c, my other symptoms had gone away. I don't know when, because I wasn't paying attention that much, but looking back I realized they had gone away.

Hun, I'm so sorry you're going through this and the stress. I hope your MW calls you back soon and you can get it for an appointment. FX that the bleeding is being cause by something else and your LO is hanging on! ((HUGS))

I know it's hard but try to stay calm and don't get too upset. Can you watch tv or something until she calls back. Just take it easy. Things may be totally fine

Thank you all so much. Truly, the support is amazing here! I'm doing a little better now, the bleeding finally stopped, and all of the symptoms I've been having are back, full force (had a few that disappeared on me before bleeding). I'm still scared sh!tless, and I still don't feel good about it, but I'm calmer. I never did hear back from the midwife, which is making me mad, so I'm pretty sure I'll start looking elsewhere tomorrow morning. Wow. What a sucky day. Hopefully, tomorrow will be much better!
