Re: moms of boys

  • I'm not listeniiiiiiiing!! (but I know it's true--I have two sisters. Just remember that they'll be each others BFFs soon enough, as I am with mine.)

  • Oh yes.  Yes it does.  And don't get me started and my 5 year old and her fashion demands.  I've already had to explain to DH that it's not worth arguing with her that her tennis shoes are more practical if the other shoes match her outfit better. It's a losing battle.  5 going on 13.
  • While I've mentioned that 3's are bad, I've also noted its a quick stage for boys. With girls it develops into more of a dramatic attitude that gets better around 8. But still swear DD has some PMS like mood swings.
  • my 6 year old niece and her friends totally went all mean girls on my 5 year old nephew. and they all HAD to wear purple on a certain day. PLASTICS!
  • Some of us have one of each, so we get to experience ALL the drama that comes with both genders. Meredith was having fashion drama and dealing with mean girls in 3 year old preschool.
  • all i know is, if i ever see one of my girls intentionally leaving someone out and maliciously hurting their feelings i will go tina fey on their @ss and yank them home so fast they won't know what hit them.  trust.

LOL.  Layna's encountered a couple little biitches at our neighborhood playground.  She was trying to play with them and they were running away and screaming.  I took her by the hand, marched over to the brats and said loudly - so their biitchy moms could hear - "Hi!  This is Layna, can she play with you?"

I was so annoyed that these moms were just watching their daughters run away from mine, and mine is crying, and they didn't do a damnthing about it.

A few months ago, these same kids weren't letting Layna go down the slide.  I totally got these kids in trouble, the one was crying to his mom, "That lady was mean to me!"

Don't mess with my kid Angry

So much easier with boys, I never had this happen with Jakob.
