I don't have a lot in the way of physical PMS symptoms, but the moodiness and irritability hit me hard every month. It almost feels debilitating the way it affects the way I feel.
Does anyone else deal with this and have you found anything that actually helps?

Have you talked to your Dr. about perhaps having PMDD? I had a friend who would had it and her emotional symptoms each month were especially difficult for her and her dr. was able to help but I am not sure what she takes.

I just let the b1tch out. I feel much better that way. I also have PMDD, but mine is more anxiety.
St. John's Wort cannot be used while TTC or pregnant, and can be a dangerous herb when/if taken with other medications and foods. It interacts with a lot.
