What is your favorite type of soup?
I'm originally from Nebraska and don't know where anything is in Iowa outside of the Des Moines area, which is where we live. I've heard of Cedar Rapids but not Cedar Falls, sorry
What does Caniac stand for or mean?
Caniac is the term to describe fans of the Carolina Hurricanes.
I have flown into Des Moines - we had to drive about 2 hours to get over to the Cedar Falls area. Cedar Rapids is a little over an hour south of Cedar Falls.

I've never flown out of the Des Moines airport. I always go to Omaha, the flights are always much cheaper and I have family there.

I feel better. My eyes are really dry and my vision is still changing. I hate wearing my glasses they give me headaches and the kids won't leave them alone. But it will get better I know.

I'm still reading Sophie's Choice for my book club. I've put off reading the end, because I saw the movie. The ending is devastatingly sad, not sure I can do it.
I always wanted to be a history teacher. I love history. My dad told me I could do something better (He's a teacher & farmer, so I don't know what that logic was) He convinced me to do something else, which led to architecture for a semester, advertising for a semester, then nursing.

I work in sales- mostly inside sales but since I am on the technical side of the job (construction equipment) I travel to our factory in Iowa, a vendor in Japan and sometimes to visit customers or for trade shows.
I love Daria - that was one of the funniest cartoons.
One of my close friends loved that cartoon too and named her daughter Daria.
