Silly question about running and your butt...

Does your butt get bigger when you run a lot. The reason I ask is that it seems like I'm getting a bubble butt. I'm I imaginging this????

Usually it gets stronger and the muscle will help perk it up a bit. Maybe that is the bubble shape you are noticing?

Hmmm. . . every part of me got smaller when I started running really regularly/well.

You'll work your hamstrings more than your glutes (butt muscles). And you're more likely to tone/tighten your glutes than to add muscle bulk.

My butt got smaller but much higher. DH couldn't keep his hands to himself after a few months of serious running. Embarrassed
