Anyone have a yoga routine I can steal?

I've been going at it with my wii fit with the positions that I know are safe, but I'm honestly dying to do more. It's nice to have my energy back (for now) and my doctor told me that staying physically fit will help make labor easier. I'm all for a bit of temporary pain now to make delivering easier! lol.

  • Just got a wii fit and wanted to start doing the yoga on, any suggestions on the best/ safest positions?

  • For now I'm sticking with the deep breathing, warrior, and the tree pose. I've unlocked a few more but am reluctant to try them until I know they're okay! Wii fit is a blast by the way. The balance games are awesome. 
  • If you have Netflix streaming, there is a prenatal yoga program on there. It's awesome.

  • I love any video by Giaim w/ Shiva Rea, she's great and you can get them on Amazon cheap. I think I tried them on Netflix first but can't remember.

  •  as the above poster said ... prenatal yoga by shiva rea ..it is an amazing and relaxing workout..not strenuous or anything but really good stretching ..helps a lot with all the aches and pains of pregnancy and i feel so good after it... she also has it modified according to the trimesters.. i bought it from amazon
