SAH's: What are YOU eating for lunch?

I'm sooooo tired of my usuals. Any ideas for healthy lunch options? I usually make wraps, sandwiches, etc.

I'm dying for an egg salad sandwich today, but I'd have to make bread and the eggs and DD's napping on me.

Salmon on a big lettuce leaf, drizzled with ranch dressing. 5 baby carrots/5 cherry tomatoes. I had the same yesterday :-)
