I am due in early March but likely will have my baby early due to going into PTL wks ago and baby being in full position.

Ill be taking 8 weeks off work and then will be getting a FT Nanny. Any recommendations on where and how to go about this process?

We used a finder service. We tried Craigslist first, but ran info way too many flakes to make searching that way worth our time.
