Also need Nestie Dust - help me stay sane

I've got 2 huge personal things up in the air, and two major work things up in the air all at once - plus I'm grumpy with DH for giving me the heisman yesterday.   I'm kind of losing it this morning. 

Can y'all send me some "stay sane" dust? Or something like it? Ahhhh!
