I thought I had literally worked my a$$ off last week but I only showed a .6 loss. I was disappointed but I know how my body works and I know I'll have a big loss one of these weeks- I tend to lose big (like 3-4 pounds) then have small (less that a pound) gains for 2-3 weeks, then lose big again.
I'm hoping I'll lose big this week!
I'm letting myself a little bit off the hook this week as far as 5 AM, because of MLK and a GNO on Tuesday, but I will do my 5 AM routine on Tuesday and Thursday. Main goal this week is to keep up my water habit and my bedtime at 10 PM habit (except for Tuesday when I'll be out!).
Mind if I jump on the bomb train? My goals for the week
is to get started! Get moving every day, drink more water and start making better eating choices. It's a start!

The first was to call the dietitian and make an appt which I did call this morning and left a message.
The second was to get outside and log some miles. I was going to blow this off today since it was so cold but I figured I was already going to be out since Sara and I walk to her school I was going to just do it. And I did! I did 2.8 miles from Sara's school, to and around the lake, then back to the house. All in 45 mins.
Third was to take a Zumba class. I'll have to push this goal to next week. The class I want to take is M,W,F at 10am and I already have appts this week on W and F.

Awesome you did your miles, J! That is something to be PROUD of!
Ash, glad you are hopping on the BOMB train!
Everyone sounds like their goals ae in place. How are we doing?
I have NOT been sticking to my bedtime!! As Simon would say, "UH-OH!"
Otherwise I am feeling good. I'm in the hole on my points thanks to 2 beers last night but man those beers were worth it! I am focused and ready to get through these last 2 days before my weigh in, and I have a weekend quite literally packed FULL of Jazzercise, so that's good.
