Ecos Free & Clear and/or Rockin' Green for baby clothes and cloth diapers. Tide or All for the rest of us.
Married 08.06 Started TTC 05.08 Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH DH: perfect 1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p 2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!
Anything free and clear - I think right now we're using the Whole Foods 365 brand. I use the same detergent for the whole family that I use for baby clothes.
Tide Free and Clear.
Looked at the ingredients for Dreft vs Tide and they are pretty much the same thing.. Just Dreft is a lot more expensive!

Crossing my fingers for a sticky baby
LO Born early March 2012 We are so blessed
I will use All Free and Clear on baby's things, and use our homemade powder detergent on ours. If we have any problems with baby's face breaking out from touching our clothing like what happened to Kate, then we will switch to All.
Re: what kind of laundry detergent are you using?
All - Free & Clear. I used to use Dreft when my older guys were infants, but I have had just as much luck with the All - Free & Clear with my twins.
It's more economical plus I can throw the baby stuff in with the rest of the laundry.
