First name would be Isabelle after my grandmother.

Do you think Isabelle Joan Chambers flows, or not?

Joan is kind of a smush name: my mother's MN is Joann and MIL's MN is Jean.

I really, really like Joan and it is a great way to honor both women.

I think the flow is fine, although I'd prefer Isabella Joan. If you are after the nn Belle, I think you could still use it even if her name contains -bella.
