NBR: freezing quiche

Anyone have success freezing quiche? I know it's done commercially, but there's a lot of things done by the pros that I wouldn't try at home. If it worked for you did you freeze a whole pie or individual pieces?

I have! Freezing individual pieces worked much better for me. (Freezing the whole thing then thawing/heating it made it soggy.)

Ya, my mom does it all the time. She freezes pieces & pulls them out to microwave then put in the oven to crisp up.

Ditto pp. Freezing the pieces separately makes it super convenient for me when I want a quick breakfast during the week.
