Potty Training success!

Back around Mother's Day we started loosely potty training.  We used underwear when at home, used pull-ups at daycare and when out and diapers at bedtime. Some days I was good about keeping an eye on him and he would be pee in the potty.  Other days life got busy and he would just pee in his pull ups.  In December I decided we were going to take time off from potty training and we would resume during MLK weekend. 

 But around Christmas he was keeping his pull ups dry and letting us know when he had to pee.  So we started putting him in undies on weekends and at home after daycare.  

This weekend he has been in underwear most of the weekend and for the first time he alerted us that he had to poop in the potty!! This has been our biggest set back but for the last 3 days he has gone poop in the potty.  I was hoping he would be potty trained by the time he was 3 and by the time baby #2 arrived.  I think we are well on our way!
