Strange U/s this morning.. may be triggering tonight

Today is CD8 and I went for a follie check and b/w. I am not on any stims. I have a 19mm on the right side(it wasn't there at baseline). In the past year of monitoring, I have never had any follies on my right- it is always a dud. I couldn't believe it was there and at 19mm on CD8... I also have a 10mm on my left. I wonder if they will have me trigger or give me ganirelix to give the 10 time to grow. It's rather amazing that I have 2 follies with no drugs when that's all I made on max stims... I had to send DH to drive 45 mins away to get me my HCG trigger in case I need it tonight since I won't get instructions until 4pm at the earliest! I am completely purplexed right now...

That is interesting about the right side. My has been the same way, until the left one was removed they hardly ever saw antral follicles. When I went to the RE the first time last month he saw 6-7.
It's very strange how our bodies work sometimes. It really is a head game. I hope this cycle works out for you!
I assume your b/w doesn't indicate that it's a cyst. I hate even saying that to you but I had a 16mm one on day 4 so that is the only reason I bring it up.
Of course I am hoping that this is the golden egg you have been searching for and that your right ovary was just sleeping before this cycle.

Waiting for b/w to come in. RE that did the u/s didn't think it was a cyst but it did seem strange to me to be that big on CD8. Also my OPK was negative this am and I would think a 19mm would start surging. I don't have a copy of the u/s report from last week to see what sizes the antrals were at then to compare..

IVF #1: 9/13/12. ER: 9/25. 3R, 2M, 1F. ET: 9/28 (1-6B). Beta: moved from 10/11 to 10/10: BFN.
IVF #2: 11/12 cycle postponed due to Sandy and then cancelled due to elevated E2.
IVF #2.1 cancelled due to cyst.
IVF #2.2: 2/2/13. Converted to IUI. BFN

Hmmmm....... very interesting. Maybe the "good" eggs have been hiding in your right ovary and this will be the one! Good luck, sweetie!

The month I got my BFP I got a follie on my right side, which had not produced any measurable follies previously. Hoping that it's the same for you and this one does it.
Wow, that is strange. I sure hope one of them is your lucky egg!!FX for excellent b/w results.
BTW, thank you so much for your supportive comments about Abby. I was conflicted about posting it because I knew what you just went through with Riley and I didn't want to stir up any sad memories for you. I'm glad you have Grady now, I think that's great. Maybe one day we'll get a companion for our remaining dog, but for the foreseeable future he's only going to have my DH and me in his pack.
