Pain after 14 mos

I had my C/S about 14 months ago and last night I got a burning and stabbing pains right where my scar is. Is it still possible to get pain like that after this long? Its been going on and off for the day so far and not sure if I should call doc about it

    Not sure... I thought that I read somewhere that you could have pain for up to one year afterwards... I would call and see.

    Is your scar raised? I have hypertrophic scars(raised scars), and they get sharp pains in them everyonce in awhile.

    My son is almost 14 months old, and I still have numbness around my incision. The area between my scar and my belly button, just to the left of my belly button took a lot longer to heal, and it still feels sore sometimes. My doctor said that it probably needs to be stretched out, and he showed me some stretches I could do to help. It really has helped a lot. Lately, though, I've been getting charlie-horse-like cramps right in that area if I laugh really hard or stretch too quickly.
