Pottery Barn Bedding

Just received the Peter Rabbit pottery barn bedding in the mail... I have to say... it's pretty darn cute :) PB Kids is overpriced in my opinion... but I couldn't say NO :)

I know some of you other ladies were looking at the same set-- and in person, it is definitely gender neutral in my opinion :)

I ended up getting the bedding bundle ( it was on sale for $164 vs $177 I think)-- includes a crib sheet, crib skirt and quilt. I also added the bumper ($99) and another crib sheet of the same pattern (on sale for $19).

    You will love it :)

Cool-  I think i am just getting 2 quilts and 2 sheets for now (1 for each twin).  I have heard that you aren't supposed to use bumpers?  I saw the quilt in the store and it was just soooo nice.

  • I just ordered my pottery barn jungle friends set. The peter rabbit is cute. My mom really liked that.

The bumpers debate will last even beyond our due dates. Yes, it is now recommended not to use them. Around 25 infants have died as a result of bumpers in the past 2 decades in this country. Does anyone know how many have died because of sickness, car accidents or other unforeseen incidents? There are many bumpers manufactured without enough ties to secure them properly to the crib and there are many cribs that have solid panels and no way to secure the bumpers on certain sides.  Every product we choose will be a personal preference and comfort level for the individual consumer.
