Success after IF

RE in South Jersey? (and HI!)

Hi girls,

I don't know if anyone still here remembers me, but I used to be active on this board.  My three successes keep me hopping and I just don't have time to be an active poster anymore, but I still think of all the help, support, and friendship I found here.  I'll always love my SAIFers!  I hope everyone is doing well.

I have a good friend who is ready to see an RE.  She lives in South Jersey and I feel like I remember there being one or two good practices down there.  Does anyone have a recommendation for her?   I'm going to suggest that she check out the IF board too, and hopefully you'll be seeing her soon.  I hate finding out that yet another friend is part of the IF club, but I hope she gets to join the success side asap.  Thank you so much for any responses.

Trish

Re: RE in South Jersey? (and HI!)

  • Both my DD's are products of SJFERT (south jersey fertility). There are several SJ Fertility  that are great docs

  • Trish!!  I gotta write you back on FB.  Nice to see you here.  :)  I'm not on all that often anymore, either.  Sorry, can't help with REs in South Jersey...

     Good luck to your friend.

  • Another hello from someone who remembers you. I hope your friend makes it over to the SAIF side soon!
  • How far south is she? I go to IVFNJ and am over the moon pleased. I go to the freehold office, but they have an office in Hamilton (the hamilton near Trenton) too. My SIL had a great experience with SJ infertility. Good luck :)

  • Hi everybody!  It's great to see some familiar names.  How are things?

Jen, yes, I had baby #3 in June...Evelyn Grace.  She's chubby, cute, and trying to watch Dexter on demand right now with her bottle.  Three under three is crazy, but fun.

Thanks for the recommendations for SJ Fert.  I'll pass that along.  I feel bad that my friend needs it, but I'm glad to know she'll be able to get support and info here.  Love you guys!

  • I know I'm a little late, but wanted to add a few suggestions.  My Ds is a RMA Philly success.  I tried a local clinic, but my case was complicated and I really needed the benefit of the larger practice.  Other friends had success with Dr. chek.  Hath.

  • Depending on where she is in south jersey, I HIGHLY recommend my RE, Dr William Ziegler of the Reproductive Science Center. They have an office in Toms River.

  • I live in South Jersey and we did our IVF through U Penn in Philadelphia. If she can cross the bridge I would recommend it as both Penn and Jeff have good programs. If she must stay in SJ I would recommend Cooper Reproductive Center in Marlton. When we were going through the process I think that Cooper had the best success rates in SJ. Good luck to your friend.
  • Can't help with an RE but wanted to say hi and congrats on your new baby.

  • i would start out at sj fertility.  i didn't have success there, but it's a good starting point.  tell her to steer clear of cooper!

  • Depends on what you mean by South Jersey.  I used IVF of NJ when I got pregnant with the boys.  They were fantastic.  And I've heard great things about SJ Fertility.
  • May i ask why stay clear of Cooper? I have appt with both Cooper and SJ fert.
  • I'm popping in from 3T, I'm currently using IVF NJ in Hamilton. It's a little more central, nj but I really like the practice and my doctor & nurses...so worth the extra drive time. Haven't gotten my BFP yet, but am hopeful and have a lot of confidence with them!
