What are you eating tonight?

 

I made crock pot pork tenderloin with carrots, potatoes and celery. Kicker is there are more calories in my glass of milk than my dinner.

    i loveeeeee my crock pot!!! that receipe sounds wonderful! i have a betty crocker cookbook with great crock pot receipes. my fav to cook is chili & french onion soup. MMMM! its so nice to come home to a cooked meal & the house smells amazing! lol - anyways! tonight i have to go out to dinner with MIL & DH. not to thrilled but at least i dont have to cook - YAY!

    We picked up some frozen Chicken Lasagna's the other day and I really don't want to cook tonight, so that's what we're having. I hope they tase super yummy! There is nothing worse than trying something new and you're just sitting there thinking "Ick!... So, what are we going to eat now?"

    I am making baked pork chops, and 2 veggie recipes I found on Pinterest.

    One is for broccoli that you coat in some EVOO, salt and pepper and then bake.

    For me, probably either toast or my KFC mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. DH can have whatever his lazy bum cooks himself.

    No dinner for me tonight since we have a training class for our puppy....will probably just have a snack of cheese and crackers (which I do LOVE). Then I'll treat myself to some wine when we get home.

    Homemade gluten-free mac and cheese and zucchini. DH will be having the full-of-gluten variety mac and cheese. Nothing like special dinner for the allergic member of the household. :-)

    My dinner will be all gf too- organic brown rice noodles and gf flour mix for frying the chicken.  Hubby is celiac.  And this recipe is delish.  I eat many gf meals with him and I really dont miss it when I do bc there are so many options.

     BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!
