1 hr test - sick?

Took my 1 hour glucose test this am....drank the orange drink 2 hours ago and still feel really sick. I've since eaten some protien and carbs...but feel super blah.  How long will this last? Could this be a good sign...or a bad sign?

    I felt that way after the test last time, kind of shaky and dizzy about half the day, but I passed fine. This time it went away right after I finally ate, thankfully.

    I was fine with the 1 hour with DD and failed.  This time I got incredibly sick.  I thought I was going to pass out before they did the draw (and I didn't fast).  I had to run next door to McDonald's to get something to eat because I didn't feel safe driving.  I ended up passing this time.

    I felt so gross after drinking that.  I did pass my 1hr though,
