Re: Weekly menus
Nothing set in stone, I found this website today through a friend and I am loving a ton of new recipes

Yep! I recently found it too and love it!
I've only got 3 things planned but that's because the leftovers will last us for the week.
Sunday - Philly Cheesteak Sloppy Joe's
Tuesday - Chicken Enchilada Soup
Thursday - Cheeseburger Meatloaf Muffins
Monday: Leftover BBQ Chicken Pizza on whole wheat crust
Tuesday: Shrimp scampi with broccoli
Wednesday: Chicken stir fry
Thursday: Veggie pasta and edaname
Friday: Not sure
Saturday and Sunday: steak and salmon or chicken parm
I'm just sitting down to make up a plan right now.
Yesterday we had ravioli w/ vodka sauce (and I got a huge tub of olives from the olive bar @ Wegs, mmmm)
Tonight- ?
Tuesday- something Mexican, that I can hopefully double & freeze half
Wednesday- Roast a whole chicken, cheesy potatoes (double & freeze half), some veggie
Thursday- Chicken noodle soup (double & freeze half), hopefully bake a loaf of bread to go with it
Friday- homemade pizza
Saturday- ? Something quick because Charlie has a hockey game right at dinner time

I've made a couple things from there, my fave was the Chipotle copycat recipe for barbacoa beef.
I am not really sure... my plan was to go to Wegmas and do a big (healthy) grocery shop and do some prep work/freezer meals for the week... but Evan woke up w/ a fever so we are staying in.
Sun: we had pork tenderloin, sauteed green beans and salads
Mon: leftover pork in a pork and veggie fried rice
Tues: work late, Evan will eat w/ my mom
Wed: ? something quick... maybe a crockpot French onion soup?
Thurs: not sure yet
Fri: bowling night... so probably out
Sat: having my parents over for dinner- I think I'm making braised short ribs over creamy polenta, some type of veggie and a salad. Molten chocolate lave cakes for dessert!
