I read in a post below that you had a bad experience delivering at Regions with your first...or at least that you wouldn't go there again. Just curious what you didn't like? What made St. John's better? Just wondering as those are my two options as well. Thank you!

if you can go to regions, you should be able to go to Hudson, as they're both health partners.
My regions experience was horrible in L&D, primarily because I had a really crappy nurse. My postpartum experience was fantastic.
I had much better nurses at St Johns. Even though we ended up there unexpectedly, I had great nurses I was confident in. They tried really hard to get me the VBAC I wanted (even though it didn't end up happening), and made what ended up being a fairly traumatic c-section be not so bad.
I'll have to check into Hudson and see. I've heard nothing but wonderful things about them.
