Recommend your yard/all around handy-person

We need the leaves picked up, the gutters cleared, a few plants planted, some gravel beds refreshed and the house powerwashed in preparation for putting the house on the market. The guy I had spoken to about doing the work is being flaky so I'm looking for someone else. 

Anyone have any recommendations? We're in S Austin but if they do good work, we would use them again once we move further north/central.
