What to expect?

I have a appointment with a fertility doc at NWH in December. It is my very first appt with a fertility doc and am wondering what to expect? What types of questions do they ask and any other important questions for me to know before I go.

    they asked me basic questions about mine and DH medical history and sexual history together and not together.  It was pretty easy and I already had the CD3 bloodwork done.  They may do that after.  I didn't have any initial questions but I will as I go along and have been writing them down.
