How are you feeling? Actually not horrible. Trying to get as much rest as possible, but not sleeping geat. Although I did sleep one night this past week for the entire night without waking up, it was awesome!!!
Any encouragement from your last appointment or signs? I was 50% effaced, but no dilation. My contractions and BH have stopped. My doctor shared I may have issues over scarring from a Leep procedure, which may end up requiring induction. This really scared me, but surprisinging after google or other bumps, "breaking" your cervix open isn't as horrible as sounds (once you have an epi of course!)
Are you in the "patient" or "impatient" club? Getting a bit neutral now, although can't wait to meet her!!! I was so sure I'd have her Friday the 13th (just because we found out we were pregnant the Friday the 13th of May). So now, along with the scar tissue possibility, I feel like she will never come.
Anything you're still trying to do before your LO gets here? I'm going to try to create a toy storage wall hanging out of her bumper and possibly a blanket. I'm not crafty and do not sew, we'll see how it turns out!!! I'm also still working because I refuse to use my leave without her being here (and since I'm feeling ok, and work across the street from my birthing hospital).
Sad today is my due date and nothing, I know not everybody has it on their due date but the fact that I may go over a week and a few days annoys me!
Last night I was having somewhat strong BH but thats it.
We have everything ready in her room the only thing we need to do is clean the car and install the carseat.
How are you feeling? At 38 weeks, I'm still feeling really good. I thought I'd be miserable by this point. But short of having a hard time getting up and getting around, I almost forget I'm pregnant sometimes.
Any encouragement from your last appointment or signs? I had my first internal on Friday (ouch!) and she said my cervix is soft, but still really high, and at most, a fingertip dialated. But she said she could feel baby's head so he's definitely starting to engage, which is promising. Othewise, no other signs.
Are you in the "patient" or "impatient" club? I'm in the patient club but starting to feel more at peace of the idea of him coming a little early. I think by the end of next weekend I will be ready.
Anything you're still trying to do before your LO gets here? The big thing I still need to do is find daycare. Otherwise, just about everything is done. I'm hoping to get my house cleaned and maybe make a few freezer meals before he arrives, but otherwise all the baby-specific stuff is done. Where is that nesting instinct everyone talks about????

How are you feeling? Feeling okay. We went to a post Christmas party with DH's family yesterday and that wore me out. I am down for the count today.
Any encouragement from your last appointment or signs? I am still 1cm but effacement went to 50% so that was good progress. However, my doc has pushed back my date to the 29th. I am not changing my original due date of the 22nd in my head though. That will just make me depressed. I think she is wrong and the baby is going to come the week of the 22nd (Next week!!).
Are you in the "patient" or "impatient" club? I am leaning more towards patient, but I go through moments of excitement. Like at our appointment, DH said that he hoped that the doc sent us right to the hospital and I let that get into my head. When there wasn't much progress, I got upset and disappointed. I shouldn't have let myself get that way, but seeing him excited got me excited.
Anything you're still trying to do before your LO gets here? Still trying to decide if I should get the rock n' play. I feel like I may have too many gadgets and crap for the baby if I get it.
How are you feeling? Pretty good. I get tired easier and sleeping is pretty much only in 2 hour spurts but it's not too big of a deal.
Any encouragement from your last appointment or signs? I have not had an internal yet and I'll probably decline one if they try to do one at my appointment tomorrow.

Anything you're still trying to do before your LO gets here? We have to hang the new curtains that my grandma and I made, get her closet doors installed once they come in and get her bedroom door replaced. I also need to clean out an area in one of the kitchen cabinets for her bottles and other things we have which I will be doing tomorrow.
