Dress for Baby shower

Where is your favorite place to buy cute maternity dresses? I need to get two dresses for my showers, one at the end of Feb and the other at the beginning of March. I'm not usually a dress person so I don't even know where to look! Pea in the Pod is probably too expensive for me. TIA!

I found a cute one that I am using for maternity photos and possibly my baby shower at Destination Maternity. Its from motherhood maternity and I think it was only about 40 bucks. I also found a really cute long flowy dress (not maternity, but can be used as maternity) that I might wear for my shower at Ross for 15 dollars!!!

I second this--- I had luck at Destination Maternity with dresses, as well as Ross... I haven't seen maternity in the Ross near me, but they have a nice selection of dresses that are reasonable that will work.

Two places with cute maternity dresses:

1.) Gap maternity-shop sales rack or look for sales

2.) Macy's-they carry pea in a pod and motherhood maternity and they usually have stuff marked down. I've seen dresses there for about $40. Not all Macy's carry this maternity line so you need to cal ahead and make sure.

I got this in the regular section at Old Navy today. Online they have cute dresses but when I went today- last minute as usual the in-store selection was pitiful. Only XS and XL.

I find that their sizes run big- I bought this dress in a small and I wear a size 8 in GAP maternity jeans.

Old Navy has some really cute ones. I have gotten a black one and a printed one there that are really comfortable and cute!

you can also get away with a non-maternity dress....flowy and umpire waist to accommodate the belly I am probably going to wear this blue silk crepe long ruffled number...looks cute and flatters my bump

Do we have to dress up for our showers? Seriously. I don't dress up. Ever. The last time I wore a dress was for my 11-09 wedding. I was planning on wearing jeans and a dressy black shirt. The shower is at 2 pm at a friend's house.
