I have been writing unpublished blog posts. I am also working on a family book on Shutterfly, updating it each week, and will print it at the end of the year.

I used the "what to expect" journal/organizer with my previous 2 pregnancies. This time, I downloaded the Sprout journal app on my iPad. I'm kinda liking it. It has an option to have it printed when it's done.
I have a very large purple journal with a picture of a pregnant woman holding her belly drawn on the front of it. I love it. It's large enough that there was no way I was going to get through it with one pregnancy. I'm now on my third pregnancy and will use it again.
I've been using my blog as a sort of journal, but I am intrigued. What is the format of the journal you are looking at? Is it blank, or are there questions?
The one I used before has prompts. I liked that format since I'm a horrible writer.
I have been toying with the idea of making a small pregnancy book with pictures and our thoughts. If all goes well ( I keep saying that ugh!) I will start it next week.
I'm just using a regular journal to write down facts and information. I will probably also take pictures and then creat an album on shutterfly or snapfish.
I just bought a cute notebook from Target. It's about 9x5. It has a small folder in the front to hold cards and such and it is divided into three sections that I plan on using for each trimester. I looked at other journals but the space was too small or too scripted. I thought about blogging but if should anything ever happen to me I'd like my child to have a handwritten keepsake. (heaven forbid). My mom did this when she was KU with me (she's still around!) and I like reading it every few years.
I am going to buy a cute notebook and use that. I'm also making a memory book for my kids (omg I love saying that). I am doing my DD's section now and will add more along the years.
I had the Belly Book with DS too! I was going to get something for Brynn, but I just used my blog to document everything and will likely do the same with this one. Then I plan to make a book out of it.
I started to make one in Photoshop w/ the prompts and stuff for my twin who's pg but now I'll get one done for myself too! I'm using Mpixpro to print the book.
It will be more expensive but I'm kind of a style snob and wanted to do it myself
Oh, don't even get me started! I made a one year album for DS through Cypress. I'm a sucker for style.
I used that same one with DS and bought another one on Amazon for this pregnancy.
I also used Microsoft Word and just keep a journal with pictures and important dates and feelings and stuff like that since I could kind of make it my own instead of conforming to what the book asked me. I just started a new document today for this pregnancy.
I was too overwhelmed with my first pregnancy to do more than take a few belly pictures. I realized when he was about 4 that I sucked at doing much of anything for his "baby book" so I started a running letter/journal for him/to him. I write in it every month or so and include special events, cute stuff he's saying, and any other pertinent thoughts I had. When I found out I was pregnant, I figured I'd better start another one. I just hope my older son isn't disappointed I didn't start earlier... That is if boys even care about that kind of stuff.
Re: Pregnancy Journal?
Anyone, anyone, Bueller?
It could be that I'm the only freakshow that still journals.
