Yes I'm crazy. I know we can't afford the IF treatments this year and I'm sad about it. It just makes me want another baby even more! Boo.

I'm sorry. I wish it wasn't so expensive. Move to MA, insurance has to cover it there. Really it should be part of insurance- people say well you don't have to be parents, but I see it similar to being gay or straight- you were either born to be a mom/dad or you weren't, and not much will change that about you. If you can't make it happen naturally, then it's a disease that medical care can treat. Just my two cents. Maybe you'll win the lottery, I'll cross my fingers for you.

Yes, 2013 with RE. TTC alternative remedies now.

We use our flex spending $$ for some of the IF treatments, but we can only do $5k per year max. When I was working we used my income for IF tx ($25k in one year alone). We took a break in 2012 because it's an extra amount per month that we're trying to allocate elsewhere and we wanted an extra cushion since I SAH. So we're reserving it for one shot in 2013. For now, we're TTC naturally and I'm going to add in some herbals but I highly doubt anything will come of it since we tried that way for so many years..... Sigh.

I hope it happens for you naturally, but you should see if there are any clinical trials in your area that you qualify for that may make treatments cheaper or even free. Good luck!
