Its possible, but usually if you are in the same amount of stress that you were in when you concieved it should be ok. Its more a concern if the stress is acute. Your body may feel that you are unable to care for child at that time, but if stress is your baseline, you body wouldnt of let you concieve if it didnt feel you could care for the baby.
