DH's Grandpa died this morning. :(

We were getting ready to go to Dallas when my SIL called that DH's grandpa had a heart attack last night. He had flown to Dallas to see all the kids.
About 30 minutes after the first call, we got the call that he passed.
Looks like the funeral will probably be on Tuesday in FL and DH and I are both going to try to go (my parents will stay with the kiddos.) DH was really close to his grandpa and he said that he had not returned a phone call from him earlier this weekend because he thought he'd be spending time catching up with him this weekend. 
DH's grandma died the same day last year (1/14/11). I feel so bad for him. Then DH said, "I'm sad, but I feel really bad for you. This is the second birthday weekend in a row you've had where someone in my family has died." (My birthday is Monday. Last year, DH was at his grandma's funeral on my birthday.) Obviously, this isn't about me, but poor DH!
What a sucktastic weekend! Not much of a point to this post other than it's a sad day at the AJL house.

Oh, I'm so sorry! Hugs to your family.
I hope this doesn't sound weird, but I think it's a little sweet that they died on the same day a year apart. Just sounds like a love story

Thanks so much everyone. It means a lot to me. We're headed to FL early, early on Monday morning and will be back late Tuesday night. DS and DD will be with my parents here. I know they will be fine, but I hate leaving them. Thanks again for the condolences and T&P.
