I called my mom at 2 pm today and said "if DH and I don't get a date night we're going to kill each other" - to which she replied "you want me to come over tonight?" And she did. And we went to Silverado for dinner and I had too much wine. And the kids were asleep when we got home and I feel content and lucky for having my awesome mom (and dad) living 8 minutes from my house. May I be a wonderful grandma someday! Drinks

That's awesome - I hope you had a lot of fun de-stressing! I don't know what we'd do without my FIL regularly offering to watch T on a Saturday night so we could do that.
