  Boo! I'm sorry.  I usually do a heating pad and ibprofen.

  After my HSG I don't remember my period being bad.... I hope you feel better soon!

  U/S on 6/8/12 - H/B at 128 BPM; U/S on 6/14/12 @ 9wks-No H/B-D&C on 6/17/12
  IVF 2.0- ER 10/17; ET 10/20-One 12 cell, one 10 cell and one 8 cell embryo transfered
  BFP!   11/16/12 U/S- Two nuggets with perfect heartbeats! EDD 7/10/13

  Take 4 ibuprofen AND 2 tylenol (they use different mechanism, and it really does help when you're desperate), lay in a reclined position (not flat, but not sitting), and have DH bring you a fresh alcoholic beverage every 30 minutes.

  I am so sorry! I agree with Mork about the ibuprofen/tylenol combo. Add that to a big margarita and a heating pad and you should hopefully be on the road to recovery. Feel better soon!

  i have no advice, but I hope you're feeling better by now.

  3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)

  IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets

  Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

  I usually take a few midol, use a heating pad and relax on my recliner with a mixed drink. Sorry you are having such a painful period.

  Ugh!!  I am sorry - AF is such a b!tch.  My periods have been really bad lately too.  I take Tylenol, sometimes ibuprofin and use the heating pad.  I don't know what tramadol is, but I know you can take tylenol and ibuprofin at the same time or if that's too much on your stomach you can take it 2 hours apart. 

  I really hope your cramps ease up soon.  Maybe have a couple of drinks in the meanwhile.

  After my last HSG (I also had an SHG and was waiting for my first period since my lap and D&C) I too, had the worst period of my life.  I took 800mg ibuprofen and that still didn't completely help, I basically just suffered through it  I hope you feel better soon!

  I don't have any advice, but that sounds horrible.  I hope they ease up soon.
