On bedrest ..

I've had a headache for 3 days straight so they sent me to L&D for monitoring last night. Turns out the BP would go up when standing or sitting. Not dangerously high but elevated and when that happens the baby would get a little too mellow and quiet. So now Im on bedrest indefinitely .. Most likely until delivery . At least I don't have that far to go. I hadn't progressed at all since last week and am still at 1cm so I think I may try the membrane sweep next time since I'll. Be almost 40 w... Anyway that's my story... How is everyone else?

I'm sitting on the couch grading papers. Baby is transverse and very active today. She keeps almost turning breech and all I can do is say "no no no little girl, you are going the wrong way!"

Has your boss made it back yet? I remember you saying she was going to be gone for a long time? I hope you can relax and everyone leave you alone during this time. That way you will be ready for your LO.

sorry your on bed rest. im ok, tired with a headache. my inlaws are visiting. everytime i change my sons diaper he poops every where, so im waiting till my bf gets back to hand him off and go with the ole"i didnt know he went" so he can change his diaper.

Thanks ladies! My supervisor comes back Monday and when my director found out i wasn't coming back he stopped talking to me. So honesty Im so glad they get to figure some of the $hit out themselves.
