Prenatal yoga

Hey ladies, so I asked before if anyone knew any good prenatal yoga classes in the south hills, and no responses.

Are people interested in that out here? If they are I am going to look into getting something going at one of the studios around town.. there are studios in dormont, bethel and peters....

Re: Prenatal yoga

  • The Yoga Whole, in Mt. Lebo does prenatal yoga.  There's also Yoga H'om with prenatal yoga.

I teach prenatal yoga... but not in the South Hills.   :-)

In Robinson, you can find prenatal classes at Yoga H?Om: https://www.yogahom.com

  • yes! Im in Bethel and I'm definitely interested. Have you had any luck finding a place in our area?
  • Schoolhouse Yoga has prenatal classes in Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, the Strip, and either north or south hills...can't remember which. I've taken class with Mary Beth, though I believe there are other instrictors.

I have really enjoyed them, and my doctor encourages it even though I'm high risk.

You can buy a class pass online... and it's way cheaper than Magee.
