DH has been pushing me to get DD into her crib in her room for weeks now. I don't see the point right now. She is 14wks, and sleeps in the co-sleeper on my side of the bed. She goes to sleep by 9pm and gets up twice to eat (2am & 6am).
Once in a while, she'll fuss for a couple of minutes, but nothing some patting and shushing can't handle. It is just so much easier to reach over and calm her before it gets too much to handle.
If you've made the transition to the crib in LO's own room, when did you do it and what was the reason?

Re: Crib transition, when and why
We haven't moved dd yet and probably won't for a long time. When we moved ds, it was because I was starting back to work and he was a very noisy sleeper so it was keeping me awake more than necessary. He was also getting to the weight limit of the bassinet. It was my decision, dh could sleep through a tornado so he wasn't bothering him.
DD will probably be in our room for quite some time. We're moving next month and she will have her own room then, so we may move her at that point, may keep her in our room even longer.
