What size Baby K'tan?

I'm trying to figure out what size Baby K'tan to register for. The sizing chart online is straightforward, but I still worry about the sizing. I'm smaller up top, normally a small or xs in shirts. But I worry after I have the baby, I will be bigger and I should register for a small wrap (which says size 6-8). But maybe I won't gain too much boob weight after the baby (I am normally a 34A cup and they haven't gotten any bigger yet) so I should stick with the XS wrap (which says 0-4?)? Anyone have any advice?
