Please tell me your stories of losing your MP early and being pregnant for another few weeks

I think I just lost mine. I know they can reform or whatnot, but I didn't lose mine with my son until I was well into active labour so I'm freaking out. I am NOT ready to have this baby yet and I don't think he's ready to be born yet (36 weeks on Monday). Please please please tell me he's going to stay put for another few weeks.

I wouldn't panic too much about it, I lost mine around that same time last pregnancy and she didn't come for another two weeks after losing the plug so it doesn't mean that baby is coming this second.

even two weeks sounds too soon to me. I was counting on another 41.5 week pregnancy. I know it doesn't mean he's coming right this second but it generally means he's coming soon, and I'm not ready for "soon" either... sad face.

I went into PTL at 30 weeks and lost my MP at 32 weeks and was worried just like you. I was praying to just make it to January. I'm still here with no baby! I'll be 37 weeks on Sunday.

I lost mine at 27 wks and went into PTL-talk about EARLY. Im 31 wks and no baby yet but also was in the hospital for 1 wk and am on meds and BR. However, if you are not having bleeding or contractions I wouldnt worry. Also, baby is considered FT at 37 wks so I wouldnt worry too much about having him now

It could mean something, and it could mean nothing. I lost my mucus plug around the same time you did. Here I am 2 weeks later and I am still dialated to just 1. I know some people have lost theirs and gone into labor right away. That's not always the case though.

I lost my MP yesterday. I called my Doctor and she said that there is nothing to worrry about. She told me that it could still be 2 weeks before our LO comes. So, it's just a waiting game now. My friend freaked me out because she told me she lost her MP and went into labor 2 days later, but she was right around her due date. So, her LO was ready to come out. As long as you are not bleeding or having contractions that are 7-10 minutes apart for an hour and your water hasn't broken...you're good
