No, not from the working out I have been up to. Although I have gotten in more miles in 11 day this year than 6 months of last year. Woop. Woop.

No,I went to the Dr today after I woke up feeling like a bus hit me. I have a sinus infection. Boo. So when the Dr suggested a shot in office to really amp up me getting better I was all for it. I have had them before, no big deal. Except today in office I took Jack and 1.5 seconds after the shot I promptly passed out. Sweet huh? So I got to lay on the bed while my Dr. held my legs up, {thank god I took the iPad for Jack, he could have cared less} and adjusted my neck so I would come to faster. Awesome right? Embarrassing enough? No, why would I stop there? When I finally felt well enough to stand. Dr Wood followed me out to the station to pick up my prescription and guess who almost passes out again. Yep, this girl. I had to lay down, legs up again. Gah. I had to call Brian to come and get me since I was to light headed to drive.

I am sure they all had a hay day giggling about me after I left. So insult to injury. My ass hurts. Like crazy sore.

Awww poor thing! I've had that happen before... it sucks :-( And so embarrassing. Hope your tushy feels better soon... oh and the rest of you too!

Oh you poor thing! I hope you feel better. I passed out when they did the vampire blood draw at the OB's office. I woke up to DH and 5 others hovering over me. I wanted to die. Hope you and your @$$ feel better soon.
