I know we brought DD home in a special outfit, but I can't remember if we brought anything else for the rest of her stay. I don't think so, but I'm in full packing mode and I am thinking about throwing in some onesies - though they will have that at the hospital for sure.
Seems like more trouble than it's worth to bring extra clothes...
Re: did you bring clothes for LO to the hospital?
I brought stuff, but didn't use any of it. It was my first baby and she screamed every time we changed her clothes. If I could do it again, I'd take diaper shirts or easy onesies and not be afraid to change her clothes, though. The hospital stuff is pretty ugly.
UNLESS you are delivering at the new hospital in RR off 620. They had fancy swaddles for boys and girls, not that typical blue and red stuff.
OH! Or you could take cute swaddle blankets since that's all you see the whole time anyways.
Nope. Who needs more laundry when you get home!
I did with Vivi, since it was V-day and I wanted her to have something cute. It was kind of silly. She peed on the cute Valentine's Day pajamas in about 10 minutes and then we had peed on clothes to haul home.
If there's a next time, I'll just bring something to wear home.
