Hey all im 4 months PP and i am wanting to get back in shape. Im looking for some workouts that arent too long that i may can do at home while DS naps. I work nights and its hard to get to the gym as much as i want to. Any ideas?
My favorite quick ones are 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels and the ChaLean series by Team Beachbody. I just got Jillian's new shred DVD and I am going to start it next week.
I get workout ADD so I do a ton of different things. I love ballet inspired workouts....they help tone your entire body in a really short amount of time. I'm a tae bo fanatic, I've done p90x, but it's not my favorite.
Jillian Michaels has some DVDs that are tough, but I find myself bored with them quickly.
Overall, I like kickboxing/tae bo for cardio and pilates or ballet inspired for toning.
