Pre-School and Daycare

Moms of girls...

Can you school me on things your daughters like to get in birthday party goodie bags?

All the parties we've been to so far this year have been all boys.  I was glad to see Jace ask for some girls from his class room be included on the invite list and even more thrilled that most have RSVP'd "yes".

However... I'm all stocked up with goodie bag stuff fitting the hot wheels theme.

I'm going to make some special bags for the girls and was wondering what you recommend?

TIA!

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

  • stickers, any play jewelry, mini play dohs.  She also LOVES to get the hot wheels cars.  She got a purple one at a party and thought it was the coolest thing ever!

  • Flavored chapstick, markers, barrettes, bubbles, twisty straws and bead necklaces have all been big hits in the past.

  • stickers, put a hot wheel in (my dd likes cars too!), nail polish, barbie anything, my little ponies, princess anything
  • DD would be very happy w/ a little car/animal too.  We did mostly "neutral" toys for her goody bags (candy, squishy bug/animals, bouncy balls, crayons) and then the girls got a little heart shaped bracelet and chapstick and the boys got little paratrooper army men.

  • *  stickers
    *  bracelets/jewelry
    *  any art stuff
    *  those small plastic animals -- yes, even dinosaurs -- she's all over
    *  she likes cars too; I wouldn't write those off for girls.  She plays cars with DS all the time and is a very girly girl.

  • actually...I would give them the cars.  My daughter is very girly and always gets girly stuff...but when she is at her cousins its like some of those boy toys are so new and different for her she loves it.  SHe would love a little car.

    Play jewelry, stickers, tattoos are other things she has liked getting

  • I just put together goody bags for DD's party today!  Last year I made them more gender specific, this year I didn't have the time for that. Everyone got the same things: a pencil, a pencil sharpener, a little pad of paper (all of those things just had a smiley face design), a bouncy ball, and a candy necklace. Everyone was happy!

  • What things do you have in the goody bags already?  I know my DD would love cars and because everyone else is getting one she would want one too!

  • My daughter loves hot wheels (she has about a hundred of them) so she would love the goodie bag.  All of the birthday parties that she gets invited to are for boys.  The bas are usually filled with stuff the child likes.  She has received spiderman goodie bags filled with all things spiderman and loved everything.  I think any child is happy with what they get.
