It's my due date...

...and something weird just happened. I was sitting down at my desk to get set up for another day of working from home. I leaned forward and there was popping noise in my upper stomach region. Kinda felt, and sounded a little like, if you were to crack your knuckles all at once. Not in any pain and nothing else happened, but I am slightly freaked out about what's going on in there!

Oh, and all that 40-50 degree weather that I was so excited about - as usual has now changed. We are expecting up to 2" of snow between late afternoon today and tomorrow evening. Sad

    yay for our due dates! that popping noise is nothing, i figure baby just hits an air pocket or something but ive had it before. we are expecting 3" of snow today and of course snow will fall when were sposed to have to go to the hospital! lol

    Happy Due Date 1.12.12 Mommies... although I wish we were celebrating by holding our little ones...soon!

    Edit: 1-2 cm as of today and baby officially has an eviction date - January 19th! Come on baby!

    I'm due today too! I can't believe this day is here. I'm really wondering how much longer I have to wait before she comes!  I have a dr appt today and hoping we have some progress.

    I get that popping noise all the time! The Ob said it was from my intestines but I don't believe that. The sound definately comes from in the womb! I think it's babies joints popping. They are pretty cramped in there.

    Lots of people due today!  I had what felt like contractions all along my lower back last night every 45 minutes but they never did get closer together and now that I am up moving around they have almost stopped completely. It was the first time I have felt anything painful so at least he seems to be getting ready.  It snowed here last night too and I decided to take a walk before work this a.m., but I am pretty sure all it accomplished was possible frostbite ;) Hope everyone is holding up well.  Cant believe how close we are to having outside babies!
