Maeve is a chunker!

DD was born January 4th, 4 days past her due date.  She was 9 lbs 1 oz and 21 1/4 " long.  We had her new baby check up today and she is already up to 9 lbs 15 oz!!  The pedi was surprised because most babies lose weight for the first 5-7 days, and she's already gained almost a full pound.  She's in the 95th percentile for weight.

Everything looks great, and I'm so happy.  We had so many issues with DS when he was first born involving his intestines/digestion, spitting up, losing weight, jaundice, colic, etc. that I don't know what to do with a baby who eats, sleeps, and poops.  It's such a huge relief to not be constantly worrying and wondering what is wrong and not being able to soothe my baby.  ::knock on wood::

    I know she's just a baby, but from your past siggy pics she sure does look like you!

    I just want to say that I LOVE your daughter's name! Also, her picture in your siggy is absolutely stunning. Very beautiful girl! Glad to hear she is doing so well. Smile
