Anyone used the hypnobabies CD

I was looking at their VBAC cd and was curious if anyone listened to it or used it as part of their VBAC preperation?

I did the regular course before my first labor but haven't done the VBAC-specific stuff.

I was looking at it too - the whole set, not just VBAC. I can't decide if it's worth the $$. Hopefully, others have input.

I did the whole course... not the VBAC-specific disc... I loved it, and I had a pain-free, med-free vbac. Highly recommend. ;-)
