Mommy group/play group for Acworth/Woodstock/Kennesaw

Hello! I'm 24, married, and a soon-to-be first time (SAH) mommy. I am the first of my friends to have children and I also don't have any extended nearby to meet up with. I have tried going through my church, but they don't seem to have a group for this.

Can you recommend a playgroup/mommy group for my area?

    I'm interested in the same recommendations.  I'm a soon-to-be 30 year old first time mom moving to Acworth from Chicago at the end of June.  My daughter will be 4 months old then. 

    I guess if no one has any recommendations we could form our own group of 2!  :)

    I'm a 28 year old, first time mother of a 2 month old. We live in Woodstock and I've been looking for a group as well. Do you guys have any suggestions on a good way for us to communicate so that we could all try to meet up sometime? Would love to get together with other moms!

    Hey ladies! Not sure if you all found playgroups yet, or not, but I'd like to suggest Acworth-Kennesaw-Woodstock Moms on Meetup.com! https://meetup.com/AKWMoms

    There are plenty of events and opportunities to meet other moms and kids!
