Finally Made up My Mind!!

I don't post often on any of the boards (I lurk a lot) but you guys are my home board so I thought I'd post this here. As my maternity leave is coming to an end (only 3 months left-we get a year in Canada), I have decided whether I would return to my original company or start a new adventure with a new company...I have decided to join on with a new company. My old company doesn't really need me any more and I've been given a raise, a signing bonus and more vacation which my old company couldn't give me (They basically strung me along before my mat leave too and I had to throw a fit to get what I was entitled too!). I feel at peace with the decision and am excited to start my new job...now to decide if I should go back a little early or not !!
