This is funny. Beans make me think of EARS because once a child in my preschool class got a bean stuck in his ear and needed to go to the ER to have it removed!

ok, that's funny! but anyway... Ears make me think of the carnival. (Elephant Ears YUMMY! not real elephants...you know the sugary ones.)
carnivals make me think of food on a stick (corn dogs, pickles, fried candy bars, etc.)
i am from mn and at our state fair almost all the food is on a stick!
