  I go to Mother's Embrace in Shelton. I'm not sure that would work for you. The website is here: https://www.mothersembraceyoga.com/. I really like it and would recommend them to anyone. The yoga is really easy, nothing very challenging, but the conversations are invaluable.

  i actually attend this yoga class, and its abosuletly amazing! well worth it, and amazing experiences every time!

  Name of the place in Fairfield is Yoga for Everybody, I used to go there before I was pregnant, now I go to Mothers Embrace
