Weight Watchers Points Plus 2012 and Nursing Mothers Plans

Hi ladies-

I've got my 6 week PP OB visit next Monday and am excited to get back to a healthy weight.  I gained about 50 pounds with my pregnancy and have lost 25 so far without doing much (though I am nursing).  I did WW prior to getting pregnancy to get to a healthier starting weight and was only about 10 pounds from my goal when I got pregnant, so I'd really like to stick with that program to lose this weight. 

My understanding is that the Nursing Mothers program is the same as Points Plus, they just give you more points to compensate for the BFing.  Just wondering if anyone has any insight into the new "2012" Points Plus Program?  What's changed/the same/etc?  Any changes regarding Nursing Mothers?

BFP #2- 7/13; EDD- 4/2/14; Lost DS at 20 weeks (11/16/13) due to cord accident

BFP #3- 3/14; EDD- 11/28/14; Lost DD at 15 weeks (6/7/14)- cause unknown

    the 2012 plan is the same as the one they rolled out last year. The only big difference is that they are now telling members that the can reduce their daily points by as much as 3 pts/day if they feel like they aren't losing as quickly.

    With being a nursing mother, you obviously would want to stick to the number of pts they give you and add in the extra pts for bf'ing.

    I did the program while ep'ing for 6mths. I lost weight and never had a supply issue, but the key for me was to eat all my daily pts and most of my weeklies too.

    Thanks for posting this. I did WW some time ago and I totally intend to go back once LO get's here. I can't wait to get back to the old me.
