Waterproof Mittens - any suggestions?

I"m looking for a pair of snow mittens for my 18 month old. I'm having trouble finding ones that have thumbs (for some reason some mittens don't have thumbs!), are waterproof, and have a velcros strap around the wrist for tightening.

Experienced moms, any brand name suggestions?

DD uses similar ones to the link above - I think they're called Lbows? Our neighbors recommended them. We finally found them at Fleet Farm - wish I would have known they were on Amazon!
